​How Do I Place An Order?
You can purchase any of my products directly from me, just get in touch via my website and I will be happy to assist you, I also have a dedicated facebook page which you can find here.

Do you offer custom and personalised orders?
I am happy to make custom orders.
If you like a specifc design but would prefer it in a different colour/variation please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to ensure I can provide you with a piece you will love and ensure the perfect gift.
Payment and Shipping
I accept Paypal for all payments but if you wish to use a different method please contact me and I will try to arrange something that suits you.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times:

UK: 1 to 3 days.
​
Everywhere else: 5 to 14 days
​
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Please note the buyer is responsible for return P&P.
